What do you look for in candidates?
Different roles require different attributes. But to truly succeed in the role and our company, you’ll need to have a positive attitude, hard work ethic, and the ability to work alone and in a team. Check out our job descriptions for more information on what each role requires.
How well should I know London?
For more senior roles, a good working knowledge of the City is essential, and being familiar with the suburbs is a big advantage. For more junior roles, you’ll have the opportunity to shadow senior members of the team to get to know your way around. If you’re a fast learner, it’ll be a breeze.
Do I need previous industry experience?
That depends on the role you’re applying for.
Our more senior positions require previous working experience, but if you’re just starting out in a junior role, we’ll teach you everything you need to know.

Yes. Our basic salaries are higher than some of London’s other leading estate agencies. We also offer uncapped commission and employee benefits on top.
