Your duties

As an experienced sales negotiator working for Kingsley Hamilton Estates, you’ll be responsible for a range of day-to-day tasks including calling potential buyers and vendors, arranging and conducting viewings, keeping paperwork organised and orderly, managing your workload, liaising with solicitors, assisting with valuations, working with the sales manager to develop the brand, and finalising deals.
