Your duties

  • Assist in managing and mentoring members of staff
  • Encourage and motivate the team on a daily basis
  • Register applicants and sell properties
  • Negotiate offers and liaise with solicitors
  • Help grow the department – which will lead to you taking over your own branch in the future
