A mortgage is a lifelong financial commitment for many, and makes choosing the right one a crucial part of buying a home. Mortgages come in four forms:
If you choose a fixed rate mortgage, the amount you pay will stay the same for a set period of two, three, five or ten years, regardless of how much the interest rates change during this time.
