Kingsley Hamilton Estates is a growing estates agency, built on three core values: customer care, personal service, and expert knowledge. We’ve put our time and resources into hiring some of London’s smartest property specialists, and now we’re ready to train the next generation through the launch of our Talent Academy.
Our aim is simple – to equip applicants with a wide range of knowledge in all areas of the property industry we work in – whether it is sales, lettings, or property management.
The process began at the end of 2016, where we opened applications to attend an Assessment Day in February 2017.
What happened on the Assessment Day?
It was a foggy start to the day, with the view slightly different compared to when we first visited the venue!
Over 20 bright sparks were invited to spend the day with us in Canary Wharf, where we tested them on everything from leaving the perfect answer phone message, to designing their own property superhero!
The event was attended by various members of staff, including Stan Tonchev, Associate Director, who opened the Assessment Day with a few words of encouragement, an outline of our values, plus a heads up as to what we expected to see in the applicants: drive, energy, and a desire to learn.
It was a fun and productive day, with plenty of talent on show, and two days later, the successful applicants were invited to Assessment Day 2, which consisted of a presentation and interview.
Five applicants were hired, and are ready to start at the Talent Academy on Monday 20th February, which we hope will be their first step towards an extremely successful career in the property industry!
